

Super Beef Stirfry
More than just grass-fed - We're Clover Fed
A family favourite at the farm. Everyone loves this one!

Shane's Super Beef Stirfry
Recipe:
600g Clover Fed rump sliced into strips
1 kiwi fruit, peeled and mashed, mixed into beef to marinate for 15 minutes
1 brown onion, quartered - chunky
1 green & 1 red capsicum, sliced
Broccoli - small florets
Carrot thinly sliced
Bok choy, roughly chopped
1 tbs olive oil to cook
Sauce

1/2 cup golden syrup
3 tbsp ground coriander
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp Chinese five-spice
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1 cube beef stock
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1/2 tin coconut milk

Add olive oil, onions and carrots. Then add beef to brown. Add remaining vegetables and simmer for 10 minutes or until vegetables have softened.

Serve with rice
Make 4 good sized portions.
